Once an order is placed and the digital visiting card is created, the purchase is considered final, and cancellations are not allowed. We invest time and effort in creating each digital visiting card, and as such, cancellations are not feasible after the initiation of the service.

ITRA ROBO and ITRA SMS App has a strict no-refund policy. Once a digital visiting card is created and delivered, the service is considered complete. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any portion of the purchase price.
